How Pursiva handles your data.
Pursiva is an early-access product run by its owner. This page says what we collect, what we do with it and who else touches it. Questions: hello@usepursiva.com.
What we collect
- The website address you submit and the pages we read from it.
- Your email address.
- The short description of what you sell, and the ideal customer profile you confirm or edit.
- Your ratings and notes on the companies we return (“Would contact” / “Would not”).
- Basic product analytics: which pages were opened and when, tied to an anonymous id, not to your email.
Why
To read your offer, build your ideal customer profile, research the Polish market for matching companies and email you the results. Ratings tell us which recommendations were useful so we can improve the next batch. We do not sell or share your data for advertising.
Who processes it
- Cloudflare — hosting, page fetching and the AI gateway the requests pass through.
- Supabase — the database (EU, Frankfurt).
- Google AI — the language models that read your offer and research companies.
- Resend — the “your results are ready” email.
- PostHog — product analytics (EU).
How long we keep it
Results links expire 30 days after delivery. Your request, profile and ratings stay in our database so we can answer questions about your results and improve the product; email hello@usepursiva.com and we will delete them.
Companies we research
The companies in your results are businesses, found through public sources: their own websites, news, job boards and the Polish business registries. Every claim links to where we found it. If you represent one of these companies and want a record corrected or removed, write to hello@usepursiva.com.
Who is responsible
The owner of Pursiva (usepursiva.com) is the data controller. Contact: hello@usepursiva.com.
